WHITE BREAD LOAVES 
4 c. water
3 env. yeast
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
11-12 c. flour

In large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in 4 cups warm water. Add oil, salt and sugar; mix well. Add flour 1 cup at a time, until well blended. Turn out onto floured board and knead 10 minutes.

Place in lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Beat down. Separate into 4 loaves. Place on lightly greased pans, let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
