MEXICAN DINNER MEAT 
5 lbs. meat, chopped
Salt
Bell pepper
Cumin
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Onion powder
1 can tomato sauce
Spoon of oil

Boil meat in water 5 minutes. Drain and rinse. Put back in pot and add water, do not cover. Then add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour; then add a little flour, onions and green pepper. Cook for 1/2 hour or until meat is tender. Serve with rice or flour tortillas.
