GELATIN SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange Jello
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 or 2 grated carrots

Mix Jello with water and pineapple juice. Chill until partially set. When partially set, add pineapple and carrots. Chill until firm.
