GRAMA'S GELATIN SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon juice
1 c. boiling water
3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. cream, whipped
1 jar cherries, chopped (save juice)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Put cream in freezer and let it get real cold, but not frozen.

Dissolve Jello and thicken. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, cherries and whipped cream. Mix with thickened Jello, add cherry juice, for color.

Place in mold or 9x9 inch square pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
