MALT-O-MEAL MUFFINS 
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp. liquid oil
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. malt-o-meal
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix liquids. Mix solids. Stir together until moist. Pour into greased muffin cups. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
