FRUIT LO - CAL MALT 
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 - 1 c. frozen fruit

Combine skim milk, yogurt, sugar substitute and vanilla in blender container. Blend until mixture is smooth. Add frozen fruit gradually. Mixture will start to slush. Crushed ice may be added for thicker malts.
