TERIYAKI CHICKEN (Lo-Cal) 
1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh is best)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 c. water
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce

Combine first 4 ingredients and marinate chicken in mixture for about 3 hours. Remove chicken and reserve marinade. Grill chicken or bake until tender in a 350 degree oven. Baste often with pan juices. Serves 4. 150 calories per serving.
