MALT-O-MEAL MUFFINS 
Sift together:

3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. malt-o-meal

Add:

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter or liquid shortening

Blend and mix with the flour. Stir until blended but not smooth. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
