QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. Swiss, Monterey Jack & Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. flour
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. (veg.) broccoli, celery & mushrooms
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. half & half cream

Bake pie shells for 5 minutes at 425 degrees. In blender mix eggs and cream and add cheese and vegetables; mix all together. Pour in pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
