FRENCH CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1/2 stick butter

Saute chicken until lightly brown. Add 2 garlic cloves. Add salt and pepper and thyme. Mix 2 tablespoons flour to 1 cup water. Add to chicken. Add 4 ounce can mushrooms with water. Cook in fry pan, 250 to 300 degrees for about 1 hour.
