STIR - FRIED CHICKEN AND
VEGETABLES
 
1 whole chicken breast, skinned, boned, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. onions, sliced
1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
1 c. fresh bean sprouts

Combine chicken pieces and soy sauce in bowl. Marinate for several minutes. Preheat skillet over high heat; add oil. Add chicken. Stir-fry until tender. Serve immediately with hot, cooked rice.
