PEAR MINCE MEAT 
7 1/2 lbs. ground peeled pears
4 apples (ground)
1 orange (ground), grate rind
1 lemon (ground), grate rind
6 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. grape juice
1 tbsp. allspice
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 lb. raisins

Mix and cook 1 1/2 hours slowly. Then add 1 small can of crushed pineapple and cook 20 minutes. Makes 7 pints mince meat. Use 1 pint for each plate pie. Use standard pie crust.
