ENCHILADA CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1 pkg. enchilada sauce
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped olives
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook chicken in microwave 7-10 minutes or until done. Prepare enchilada sauce as package directs or warm it if canned sauce is used. Pour over cooked chicken. Sprinkle with onions, olives and cheese on the top. Microwave until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
