TWO EGG CAKE | |
1/2 c. Crisco 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk Stir Crisco to soften. Gradually add sugar and cream together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour, a small amount at a time, alternating with milk. Beat until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes in two 9 x 1 1/2 inch round pans. Frost with your favorite frosting. |
