BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli, cook and drain well
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans milk
1/2 c. white wine
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. crushed tarragon
Dash pepper

Heat and serve.

The distinctive flavor of this recipe makes it difficult to alter. You may lower total calories, fat and sodium by choosing a lower sodium soup such as Campbell's "Healthy Request" and using skim, 1% or 2% milk and a liquid oil butter.
