SAUTEED BROCCOLI 
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. olive oil
2 lg. garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
4 c. fresh or 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen thawed broccoli flowerets
1/3 c. low-sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

In large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, about 30 seconds. Add broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5-7 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Makes 4 servings. Fat - 5 grams. Cholesterol - 0.
