MUSHROOM BROCCOLI QUICHE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (partially cooked and drained)
1 sm. box of mushrooms, sauteed

Beat eggs well in medium bowl and add milk and cheese. Fold in the broccoli and mushrooms. Pour mixture into a partially baked 9 inch pie crust and bake in 325 degree oven for 50 minutes. (Can also substitute frozen spinach for broccoli.)
