BROCCOLI-MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 (1 lb.) pkg. broccoli, chopped, thawed, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Mushrooms canned (sliced)

Mix together soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, then add broccoli and cheese, put in casserole dish, cover with buttery cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
