BROCCOLI MUSHROOM QUICHE | |
1 baked pie crust, lightly browned 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 3-4 green onions, chopped 1 c. grated Swiss cheese 2 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 c. sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper 3 tbsp. butter Saute chopped onion, chopped broccoli, and sliced mushrooms in the butter. Cook until tender. Combine cheese, eggs, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix this with cooked broccoli mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until slightly browned on top. Serves 6. |
