SAUTEED BROCCOLI 
1 tbsp. Canola oil
2 lg. garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
4 c. fresh or 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen, thawed broccoli florets
1/3 c. low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook stirring constantly, about 30 seconds. Add broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5-7 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp.

Makes 4 servings, about 2/3 cup each.
