PUMPKIN BREAD OR BANANA BREAD 
Place in large bowl:

3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar

Sift all ingredients and make a well. Add:

1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin

Mix until smooth and put into 3 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Note: Use 4 bananas instead of pumpkin for banana bread.
