BANANA, ZUCCHINI, PUMPKIN BOWL &
BLENDER BREAD
 
In blender:

2 c. fruit after pureeing
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla

Puree or liquify completely.

In a large bowl:

3 c. flour, white or whole wheat
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. raisins

Pour liquid into dry ones, mix well. Add nuts and raisins. Divide equally into well greased bread loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or until a tester comes out clean. Bake at 350 degrees.

Makes 2 loaves.

This freezes very well.

Can be made with many kinds of fruits or combinations.
