PUMPKIN BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP
BREAD
 
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
3 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup mashed bananas
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl combine brown sugar, butter and eggs. Beat at medium speed until fluffy. Add pumpkin and bananas beating well (mixture will have a curdled appearance). Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips; continue beating just until moistened (about 1 minute). By hand stir in chocolate chips. Spread evenly into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
