FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. butter
1 lb. sugar
10 eggs
1 1/2 lb. candied pineapple in chunks
1 lb. candied cherries whole (red and green)
1 lb. walnuts (whole)
1 lb. light raisins
4 c. flour
1 c. orange juice

Cream butter well add sugar to butter. Beat in 1 egg at a time. Set aside. Mix all fruits and nuts in a large pan, sprinkle with some of the flour. Mix well to cover the fruit and nuts. Add the rest of flour to the butter mixture. Mix with orange juice. Then fold into the fruit and nuts. Pour into loaf or baking pans of your choice. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
