BAKED SCALLOPS 
Bake 25-30 minutes at 400°F.

1 lb. scallops
2 c. plain bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt/pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix bread crumbs with paprika, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Add oil, water, and melted butter; spoon seasoned bread crumbs over scallops in a large Pyrex pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes in 400°F oven. Delicious.
