CARROT BARS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
3 (4 1/2 oz.) jars carrot baby food

Mix together sugar, oil, and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together; stir into creamed mixture. Add carrot baby food and mix well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan or 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Frost.

FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. powdered sugar

Mix together and frost bars.
