DINNER IN - A - DISH | |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) egg noodles 1 qt. water 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1 c. diced carrot 1 c. canned peas, drained 1 tsp. BLAIR onion salt 1/4 tsp. BLAIR black pepper 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs 3 tbsp. butter 1/8 tsp. BLAIR garlic powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to directions, drain and set aside. In skillet, brown beef; add water, onion, onion salt, garlic powder and carrots. Cook until carrots are tender (about 5 minutes). Stir in noodles, add peas, salt, pepper and mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake, 30 minutes until browned. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
