1 gallon chopped zucchini (chop like you do a pineapple)
46 oz. pineapple juice unsweetened
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 dram oil of pineapple (the oil you buy for candy)

Put all together in pan and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. (Turns yellow). Put in jars loosley, put lid on and colpack 15 minutes after it boils. Makes 8 pints.
