LAST MINUTE FRUIT CAKE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 c. miniature marshmallows
6 tbsp. frozen orange juice, undiluted
3/4 c. sliced pitted dates
3/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. broken walnuts
1 c. mixed candied fruit
1/4 c. red candied cherries, quartered
4 c. graham cracker crumbs

Stir milk, marshmallows and orange juice into a 2-quart saucepan and cook over moderate heat until marshmallows are melted: remove from heat and stir in dates, raisins, walnuts, candied fruit, cherries, and mixture of crumbs and spices. Press mixture firmly into Jel-n-Serve, seal and chill for two days before serving.
