NO BAKE FRUIT CAKE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 c. miniature marshmallows
6 tbsp. undiluted frozen orange juice
1/4 c. candied cherries
1 c. mixed candied fruit
4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. cut up dates
3/4 c. raisins

In a 3 quart saucepan, over medium heat, stir in the evaporated milk, marshmallows and frozen orange juice until marshmallows melt. Take off heat and stir in dates, raisins, walnuts, candied fruit and candied cherries. Stir in until well blended. The mixture of graham crumbs and spices press firmly into a 6 cup ring mold lined with wax paper. Cover tightly and chill 2 days. Makes 3 pound cake.
