HONEY FRIED CHICKEN | |
1 fryer, cut up 1 c. flourstick butter Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste Remove skin from chicken and dredge in flour mixture. Spray pan with Pam (easier to clean). Put in 9 x 12 inch pan with melted butter. Bake at 350- 375 degrees about 15-20 minutes. Turn chicken and pour 1 cup honey over all chicken. Continue baking for about 1 hour, occasionally basting with honey and turning chicken. |
