EASY ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Picante sauce
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 lb. colby cheese, grated
1 dozen corn tortillas

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add soups, Picante sauce, and enchilada sauce.

Quarter the corn tortillas. Layer the meat sauce and the corn tortillas in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
