BEER BREAD 
1-2 env. yeast
2 c. beer (flat)
1/4 lb. cheese, your choice
1/4 or 2 tbsp. butter
4-6 c. flour - can use unbleached white flour

Combine: 1/2 c. rice flour

Melt cheese and butter in beer in microwave - dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water. Add 1 teaspoon sugar. Let set 15 minutes. Add beer lukewarm. Add flour until it pulls away from sides. Let rise 1 hour. Form into loaves, punch down - let rise 1/2 hour. Bake at 375. Yields 1-2 loaves.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
