BEER CHEESE 
1 (1 lb.) round, unsliced rye or pumpernickel bread
3 pkgs. Kraft Nippy Cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. beer, room temp.
2 tbsp. softened butter
1 1/2 oz. blue cheese
1/2 grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco

Cut off top of bread. Cut or tear out inside soft portion of bread leaving shell (reserve the pieces of bread removed for serving). Blend remaining ingredients. Fill bread shell with cheese mixture. Place on serving dish and surround with reserved bread pieces. To serve, dip bread into cheese. Later, use shell of bread and eat it all!
