2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, room temperature 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese, room temperature 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Sm. clove garlic, minced 1/2-2/3 c. beer Combine all but beer. Beat in enough beer to make spreading consistency. Serve at room temperature with crackers or rye rounds. |
