2 lbs. cooked Polish sausage 1 c. beer 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. mustard 1 tbsp. horseradish Cut cooked sausage into 1/2 inch slices. In skillet combine sausage and beer. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in vinegar, horseradish and mustard. Add to sausage. Cook and stir until bubbly. Put in crock pot. Serve warm using toothpicks. Makes approximately 36 pieces. |
