BILL K'S PORK ROAST 
1 (5 lb.) pork roast
fresh onion and garlic, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

PINEAPPLE GLAZE:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (1 lb.) box light brown sugar

Place pork roast in baking pan. Season roast with salt and pepper. Chop onion and garlic and place on bottom of pan on each side of roast.

In a saucepan, combine can of pineapple and box of brown sugar and heat to a boil. Pour over roast.

Cover and bake at 350°F for about 2 hours. Check and re-baste when needed. Serve hot.
