MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. lean ground pork
1 lb. lean ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
2 tbsp. tamari sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 oz. dehydrated onions
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. green pepper

Place meat in large 10 cup mixing bowl. Combine ground oats, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Mix thoroughly. Beat eggs until mixed. Add sauces and water to eggs, blend, add carrots and onions. Add combined liquids, onions, carrots to oatmeal mixture. Mix very thoroughly.

Add oats, liquid mixture to meats, mix well. Divide into 2 (9 x 5 inch) pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Weight 40 ounce portions. Serve with 1 cup tossed salad and 1 cup oven fried potato. Single serving = 4 ounces protein.
