PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
1 c. reg. uncooked rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp. bouillon
1 sm. onion, diced
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
Salt and pepper
4 pork chops

Salt and pepper pork chips and brown them in a skillet. Put chops on top of rice, then pour liquid over chops in a 9 x 13 inch utility dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
