MEXICAN HOT POTATOES 
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. hot chunky salsa
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 baked potatoes

In a large skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain. Stir in sour cream, salsa, oregano, chili powder and salt. Serve over hot baked potatoes.
