CHICKEN BROCCOLI AND RICE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 sm. jar mayonnaise
1 whole chicken
1 med. size box Velveeta cheese
1 c. rice

Boil chicken and pinch into small pieces. Cook rice in same water of boiled chicken. In a large skillet, melt butter and saute onions and broccoli. Add cream of chicken and cream of celery to butter, onions, and broccoli until warm. Add chunks of Velveeta, a little at a time, until all melted. Add chicken pieces. Add cooked rice and small jar of mayonnaise.
