BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP 
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. fine noodles, or rice
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. cooked, chopped broccoli
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Saute onion in oil. Add water and bouillon cubes. Boil. Add cooked noodles, salt; boil. Add broccoli and garlic powder. Add milk, cheese, pepper, parsley, and heat until thick.
