HAM 'N CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced cooked ham
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. minute rice
4 oz. (1/2 jar) Cheez Whiz
1/2 tsp. salt

Saute onion in butter. Cook broccoli just until thawed; drain. Blend all ingredients together. Bake in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. A great way to use leftover ham.
