BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 box chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 bag Success rice
1 sm. Velveeta (melt in microwave)
1/2 can cream of chicken soup (no water)
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup (no water)

Boil broccoli and drain. Boil rice and drain. Mix soup with melted Velveeta cheese. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese (optional).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
