1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
