BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
3/4 stick butter
6 or 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 c. rice (pre-cooked)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup (NOT diluted)

Saute butter and onions. Add broccoli, stir until broccoli is tender. Add cubes of cheese and chicken soup. Add rice when ready to serve. Do not bake.
