BARBECUE SAUCE 
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Cook all ingredients for 5 minutes in saucepan over medium heat. Dip chicken pieces in the sauce and place in a foil lined pan. Put sliced onion on top of the chicken and seal foil. Cook 2 hours at 300 degrees. (Double the recipe for 2 chickens.)
