BAKED SCALLOPS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. parsley and garlic (or more to taste)
1 1/2 lbs. scallops (rinsed and dried)

Melt butter, mix all but scallops together. In 6x10 inch pan, pat 1/2 of the bread crumb mixture in bottom of pan. Place scallops in pan and top with remaining bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees of 22 minutes. Serves 4.
