1 Duncan Hines devils food cake mix
1 lg. reg. chocolate pudding
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 pkg. chopped walnuts

Cook pudding as directed. When it thickens add devils food cake mix. Mix nuts in and mix well. Pour into large jelly roll pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips all over the top. Bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees.
