1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into prepared sheet cake pan.

Mix well cream cheese, egg and sugar. Marble mixture into cake. Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Bake 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
